Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur.

Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses

BaktKoffee.com ships to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and Internationally.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Hemp products must be received by someone 18 or over.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

BaktKoffee.com is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

BaktKoffee.com is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact our customer service and the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Returns Policy

All sales are final. We do not accept any returned purchases.

International Shipping Bakt Koffee ships internationally to most countries. If we cannot ship to your country a full refund will be issued from our end within 7 days, or for an expedited process, send all questions to info@baktkoffee.com.

All international orders may take approximately 7-10 days for delivery (unless your address qualifies for other UPS shipping options.) Pricing does not include duties, insurance costs, or value-added taxes. If assessed, these charges are the responsibility of the package recipient, who will be billed by the local Customs office. We will notify you of any complications with your credit card. Bakt Koffee strictly follows all national and international regulations regarding the sale, purchase, and shipment of any product or product ingredient that is considered restricted or prohibited by any law within the United States or abroad. Please note that refunds will not be issued for any order that is refused or abandoned by the intended recipient, orders that can’t be delivered due to an address error, or orders seized by Customs
